Asia Pacific Engineering Consortium Sdn. Bhd. Experience in Seismic Design, the projects undertaken are medium Capacity Transit System, the stations and viaducts design to resist an earthquake equivalent to Richter Scale of 8, a Hilton Hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, 33 storey Luxury Condominium in Danang, Vietnam and Space Dome in Turkmenistan.

VALUE ENGINEERING

Asia Pacific Engineering Consortium Sdn. Bhd. has extensive experience in carrying out value engineering for our clients to ensure competitiveness of all our projects.

In carrying out value engineering, a detailed study of design load requirements is done to ensure loading allowances are realistic. This is followed by a proposed alternative design, which is the most cost-effective structure to be selected for further detailed design development. Detailed design drawings are then produced to provide relevant information at every stage of the project for the contractor to build with a more cost-effective budget and shorter time frame.
